My review is pretty much the same as all the other 1 star reviews lack of communication. Dont use them if your insurance company requests to use them. Dropped car off no communication for 2 weeks and only once i asked for an update i found out the car hasnt even been started yet had they told me i would have gone and picked it up, i have wasted money on car registrations that werent required and will have to pay again when i get it repaired now. So now after waiting since may for my repair i have to start the process all over again with another repairer.

I had my car booked through AAMI.Worst experience evertook More then 4 months to repair And when i got the car backThe quality of the repairs they did is jus below 0 Levelworst job they didAnd still i cant drive the car due to the quality of work they did.I will not recommend this crash repair shop as they dont have any customer experienceNo quality of workNegative from my side

I found the service here to be timely and completed to a high degree. The reception staff as first point of contact were excellent. Seamless transition of information between staff members and thorough communication to me. Staff readily/easily arranged insurance assessment and repairs in a satisfactory timeline- one in which my time without a car was minimised.
