Customer service was average, I'm used to happy smiles from service at bakeries, none if that here. I had a cheese, bacon & steak pie that i would give a 4/10 it was bland and not very good. I also had a meat pasty that was a solid piece of something like meatloaf wrapped in puff pastry also not flavoursome 3/10, maybe they're sub par because they're the only bakery in column but i will go to MacDonald's before i go back here when I'm in coolum

Extremely disappointed with the service! Went in for the second time today and one of the ladies serving was absolutely rude and abrupt. Waiting in line an elderly lady's credit card wasn't 'reading' so this obnoxious supposing customer service women almost bent her card in half trying to get a reading. The women in front me asked her not to bend the older ladies card as she was damaging it BUT she didn't care. If it was my card I would had ripped it from her hands. I mistakenly thought she served me so asked for another item and she rudely told me, I'm not serving you". When I was finished being served

Ordered a crispy pork Banh Mi & was very disappointed. It does not come with the traditional sauce & the pork was not crispy, it was all fat & slimey- gross. They are not made fresh to order, & are pre made then toasted in an oven before handing them over.

Loved this bakery from afar when it was in Buderim, stoked they are now in Coolum. Everything I have had there so far has been fresh and delicious. Do yourself a flavour!

Asked for Curried Chicken pie and got Beef. Ordinary pie and would rush back. Their bread is very good so not a total waste of a trip

I support other people saying this Banh Mi is very disappointing, unfortunately for me coz I'm a local and I was looking forward to having this option few meter away.FYI the traditional Banh Mi comes with chillie, not that chillie sause from the supermarket. The pork when is roasted it should be crispy, not soggy, the bread can be fresh, not chewy.. Anyway. It's a fail for us in Coolum Beach

First visit was disappointing. I assumed it was due to the business being new.The second visit was more disappointing. The service is frustrating and the offering is poor value. The staff struggle to understand orders and input wrong products. Products are expensive compared to the market.If I am considering where to go for a coffee, sweet snack or bakery, I prefer to go to somewhere else.System improvements and competitive pricing will contribute to a better customer experience.
