Next Legal is phenomenal! Alicia and her team facilitated the legal side of my houses sale a couple weeks ago and did it tremendously! This is our second purchase with Next legal.The first one went very smoothly and had no issues.This second was an off the plan purchase and was a bit of a bumpy ride (through no fault of Next legal) with delay after delay on the build.However Alicia took control of our case about half way though and directed the purchase right through to the very end, even so much as organising a very quick settlement with 1 weeks notice after completion of build for our off the plan purchase, something we cannot thank her enough for.Alicia communicated directly with myself and partner and kept us up to date the whole way through.
