Purchased a rhino rack soft roof pod. I was told it would be a week or so, after almost two weeks they will not answer my call (maybe they are under staffed) but either way it is a joke to not contact someone and inform them.

A very helpful staff member today, enquired about resetting my head unit in my car as it has an error code on it for sometime. He came out had a look and pointed me in the right direction of getting this reset. Great job.

I purchased a Noco Battery on-line ...., unfortunately faulty. I sent details only to be told to use the warranty form which I did.... One week later and still no reply. Business claims phone issues, thus cannot call. Have been on chat" for 30 min with no response other than to say that "we are busy".... Buyer beware

Staff were very helpful, especially the manager. He diagnosed the electrical problem on our car, referred us to a good auto electric place and saved us lots of money. Highly recommend going here.
