Surprising how they don't always sort things out when having things they need to sort out with your work.

Really helpful staff I learnt alot. They go above and beyond to find the right fit to help you as an individual and taylor solutions to your needs. Rather than every having to fit into the same mould which being an former professional worker injured from work I found this refreshing as i was in a tuff place. i really appreciate everything all staff there have done for me especially my case woker natascha who went above and beyond to help me.

not a good employment agent at all be aware of those guys if you loose your job thay won't help you anymore and tells you to go back to centrelink the lady who I had she did that to me and now I am having soo mach trouble getting now getting back into an employment agency in my opinion keep right away from those guys.

My brother with Autism went through this company to try and do a School Based Traineeship to only get stuffed around and then after we decided to not go through with signing up one of the staff members went to my autistic brother and said to him Are you happy you quit?" but luckily it was at his school and the school teacher saw and heard her being so rude and mean (bullying him) to him that his teacher stepped in before she upset my brother anymore. Just very uncalled for and very unprofessional but also no need to act that way to anyone let alone a 16 year old with Autism. Not happy!"

I’m really happy with Gcess and their support. Helen helps me really well and is amazing. She’s helped me with things I didn’t know and now I do know.

Originally went with GCESS as had a previous case worker years ago that really helped. Unfortunately did not receive the same level of support required this time. Have been with the agency for a year now. They assisted with updating a resume and selection criteria. However would not canvas for jobs or provide onsite support as needed.
