Proform

Proform were recommended to us by friends. We are owner building a large extension that includes a new kitchen and laundry. We took our architect plans to Proform and they worked with us to custom build cabinetry to fit. The whole process was made very easy by Zoran and communication was excellent. We installed the cabinets ourselves and once we got our heads around the process, it was very straight forward. The only thing I would say that would have been helpful was some general instructions and clearer labelling on some of the boxes that contained the fixings (one box that looked exactly like all the other drawer runner boxes actually had fixings and there was no indication of this from the outside! We thought we were missing a lot of stuff but we weren't).The benchtop contractors were also terrific. Very responsive and a very quick turnaround for our particular product.We will definitely come back to Proform for our walk in robe and office cabinetry.In short, highly recommend!

Completed a major home renovation in North Beach including all of the cabinetry in the kitchen, laundry, outdoor kitchen, bathrooms, lounges and wardrobes through Proform Malaga. Could not be more pleased with the service throughout the project and the ideas and solutions to resolve matters that arise with renovation projects. Mark Anderson and his team were great to deal with particularly working in with the other trades on the project. Most outstanding is the finished product! Thanks to Proform we now have an amazing Outdoor Kitchen. Can not thank you all enough! The effort in designing exactly what we wanted and working with us all the way to fit in our stone and BBQ. We are very happy and looking forward to our summer entertaining in our new alfresco kitchen. Great work.

I used this company for our kitchen laminate choice which we had our cabinet maker order through Proform as it was recommended to us. What a nightmare it has been. The laminate Proform supplied came with faults in it, lots of little chips in the laminate. Our cabinet maker organized new laminate to replace the faulty ones that were first noticed at his cost. Once we pealed the remaining protective layers off the cabinet drawer’s doors and panel fronts, we noticed all the panels had the same fault. Their rep came to our home to inspect and agreed it was a fault in the laminate from Proform. All they offered was to replace the laminate but the cost of remaking and reinstalling the new panels, doors and drawer fronts was up to us to wear. When I questioned the rep all he would say was it was company policy to only supply new laminate panels and it was up to us and our cabinet maker to where the cost and labor to rectify their faulty product supplied by Proform. Their way of dealing with this issue now is to ignore calls hoping we would go away. After our experience would not recommend this company at all.How disappointing to read the response from Proform. Anybody reading that response would get the false impression that Proform have have replaced the defective items free of charge, however that is not exactly truthful, a well written misrepresented quotation. So people understand what Proform are referring to is, they have offered to replace the large format laminate panels and edging that the cabinetmaker uses to turn into the doors, drawers and fixed panels to the islands to form the cabinets. What they have failed to mention is the cost of remaking the kitchen, laundry and pantry cabinets with the defective products in their mind is the responsibility of either the cabinet maker or us the consumer to pay. To do this effectively it means that stone tops, ceiling cornices, timber flooring scotia & more than likely the negative detail between the cabinets and stone tops which will no doubt be damaged in getting the stone tops off will have to be paid by ourselves, no accountability falls upon them and according to Proform the Manufacture Egger at all for suppling defective products. Now to do this correctly we are talking thousands and thousands of dollars to have this replaced on top of the original costs of having everything made. The particular product we chose and were impressively convinced by the Proform reps is also considered a premium product and costs more. And yes I understand that you are the retailer/distributor of this product manufactured by Egger. However as the retailer & distributor it is your responsibility and obligation to be accountable for dealing with this problem correctly rather than deferring the accountability onto your consumers. So in the end we are no better off and my wife's dream kitchen, laundry & pantry has become an absolute nightmare which she is reminded of every morning when she enters the kitchen. We both regrettably wish we never dealt with either of your companies, Proform or Egger. Again after our experience we would not recommend this company at all.

We had two new kitchens custom designed and installed by Mark and his team at Proform.We did major renovations to our home just recently which meant our 20 year old original Proform kitchen was removed and replaced with the same amazing quality but more modern products by Proform.Thanks to Mark's advice and ideas we are super happy with the new design of our kitchen which went against our builders recommendations. Mark had our useless waste of space walk in pantry knocked out and a couple of other walls removed to open up the area into a large, open design with mega bench space, new pantry and loads of usable drawers. Mark has proved that anything is possible!!At the same time Proform also designed and installed our Alfresco kitchen with beautiful granite bench tops, a built in Teppanyaki hot plate, all researched and installed by Proform. Mark went above and beyond to make this happen for us.The LED strip lighting which was originally installed was removed by Proform and replaced with a high quality bluetooth controlled device that creates everything from soft lighting through to bright and bold colours depending on the occasion.From the design through to install was seamless and we were always kept informed of the progress. Well done to Mark and his team at Proform, fantastic job and we couldn't be happier!! From start to finish we got 100% quality!!

I waited for 6 weeks before writing this review, make sure that our new kitchen works. Its perfect, we have exactly what we wanted and a quality product, its just beautiful. I am so grateful we made the decision to go with Proform. I had many many questions and a few changes but Zoran provided guidance, support and patience all the way. We used proform for our full kitchen and laundry renovation. We dealt with Mark throughout the whole process - as we were recommended to do from many family friends and cabinet makers who were unavailable to us at the time. We have never completed a renovation prior to this and had little knowledge, but Mark has been nothing but understanding, kind and helpful for us through our process. The quality of the cabinets are fantastic and the design and material is really great aswell.We would absolutely recommend proform and Mark.
