Ordered a part online through Oz Air Online Air Conditioning. Elected to pick up from their warehouse rather than brave Australia Post. Easy to find location, and staff were friendly and helpful. Painless process from start to finish - I ordered the part the night before (well out of business hours) and was able to pick it up the next day. Price was significantly cheaper than the other online retailers.
