Needed a Ute liner and was looking for some storage solutions for the tray, the help and info supplied by Natalie was excellent.After visiting the showroom to see the difference between the two Ute liners I was interested in, I purchased the Maxliner KD and the Maxbox Trio.The service then went up a notch while the product was being loaded into the back of the Ute. Being from the opposite end of the country it was abit hard for me to get an underdog some some of the accessories just by simple photos online. When I made contact Matt went over and above, took more detailed photos of the item I was looking at and gave me a great explanation of everything. Showed nothing but great service and professionalism the whole time. When it came to placing the order, I dealt with Nat with process the sale. There was no mucking around. She advised me of when I will receive updates on transport, when the order will be processed etc. was an overall pleasure to deal with the team. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Purchased a canopy, tub liner and floor mats for my triton from maxliner. The customer service was fantastic and all the staff are very friendly. All the products were installed the next day.Highly recommend maxliner.

I’m not one to normally write reviews.Have had a Maxliner canopy for approximately 2 years now. Never had any issues with it, great canopy! I recently decided to put a roof top tent on the canopy. I went to Maxliner, spoke with Matt who helped measure it all up and provided the best roof rack fitment solution. Provided me with bolts and washers to even mount my existing 270 awning.Upon arriving home I had misplaced one of the brackets that came with the racks from Maxliner.I called up Matt and he arranged for an after hours collection of the bracket so I could get the tent on ASAP.Great service and great products. Matt gave excellent good old fashioned customer service. Highly recommend. If you’re in the market for a canopy or need help with racks/bars etc speak with these guys!!

Best looking canopy. But. It has no brake light and the interior light requires battery’s. Man landed on the moon over 50 years ago and we still need to put batteries in our canopy lights.

Supreme customer service!I ordered the item online via their eBay store, after a few hours I received a phone call from an office lady telling me they can't send the item to my p.o. box and required a new address. From the time of order to delivery it was less then 24 hours!The product is great, I opted for the moulded front and rear floor mats for my 2020 ranger.I realise how important reviews are for a business and I thought I'd leave one.Thank you.
