Bought a Groupon ticket for my partner from here. Upon getting the confirmation of appointment done the Lebanese lady (probably owner) told her she can come in today. Once there she said am owner and am sorry all my bookings are done until Christmas however she can provide service if we give her $100 cash as voucher is $75 and is not worth it the service. Upon hearing this we got frustrated how then she asked us to get in today? When asked why then she has the Groupon coupon on app she said that's her trick to get customers in. Like seriously? This is Australia you can't take bribe or do harassment on your customers like that. Contacted Groupon they launched an inquiry today and refunded our money. Such a bogus service and rude ill-mannered owner! Avoid at all costs to save yourself from getting harassed and over charged please!

Booked 6 IPL seasons via Groupon - had five without any lasting effect. Once they forgot to tell me the session was cancelled (I live 1hr away) and I travelled for nothing. Then at Christmas they apparently sent their IPL machine for service and ever since have been ignoring my emails and texts for the final session. BTW, the place is dirty, and they lead you to the IPL room through another room where someone’s usually lying down, getting their eyelashes done and would expect some privacy.

I have purchased a groupon voucher. Got a brazilian and underarm waxing deal for $26 (cos I got a quick 10% discount too), called in to book an appointment 3 days before my preferred date. I arrived early for my appointment. Joelle is really nice and accommodating. I was happy with how it turned out, really worth it. Recommended! ❤️

I’m having the exact same issue. What’s the point in advertising an offer of IPL sessions when you know you’re sending the machine to get service. That’s if it really is getting sent to service. Very disappointing. Waste of time and money

Made a purchuse for a package of 3 massages through group on Dec could not start massages until end of Jan my coupons expire end of MarchBut the owner only has a specific day you can book and 3-4 weeks in advance when I told her I cannot commit to that particular date she told me sorry we are very busy., very bad bussiness woman waisted my money hopefully I will get a refundSuggestion to owner don't greedy if you can't handle the work load don't go on group on to sell coupons.

Everything went wrong both times I went there. Unfortunately after my first experience i decided give them another chance and it was worse. Wrong color of my hair. Expensive. The offers that they post are fake $150 1/2 hair foils, olaplex, treatment, and blowdry, I end up paying $200 for balayage with no tratment, olaplex or anything at all... and I left with a color that it wasnt even similar to what I asked, they balme me because i didnt accept to pay 250 so they can put me Olaplex... well... thats not the reason you cant get a color right... they keep talking on their language, which it makes me feel weird. NEVER COMING BACK... I dont like to leave bad reviews but everything went wrong there. Sorry.
