First time I walked and staff were so friendly and went out of their way to assist. I bought some oud incense which smells amazing and cheaper than other stores. They also have amazing homewares and perfumes. One of the ones I tried is still on my arm even after a shower so will be going back to grab perfumes

Absolutely appalled by the staff at this shop. I work in disability support and my colleague came into this shop today with her client (who is in a wheelchair) and the staff member at this shop told my colleague “I don’t want the wheelchair in the shop, can you leave the wheelchair outside while you have a look in here”. The store has plenty of space to accommodate a wheelchair. The discrimination is baffling! I refuse to support a business that discriminates against those with disabilities. Shame on you! Do better!

One of the friendliest customer service teams I've encountered. They were courteous in offering assistance and mentioning the promotions. As I was asking about different prices the lady asked me Have you got a particular budget?" Which immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease
