Las Rias Holiday Apartments

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Perfect location with sunsets every afternoon. Private little beach that was perfect for our two girls to have fun all day every day followed by evening swimming in the pool. We highly recommend and we will be returning.

Really nice apartments on the river in Noosa. Apartments are of differing quality and good to check which one you are allocated and see pictures. Some can feel a little dated. But everything worked and the location is good. The sand beach has washed away, so if this is high on your must have list when staying in Noosa, call to find out if they have put the sand back. It is planned for mid 2023 at this point.

Las Rias is in a great location with fabulous restaurants in the street and a reasonable walk to town. The views are amazing. There is a lovely pool and a sandy beach for swimming, fishing and water craft. Our 3 bedroom apartment was modern, spacious and extremely well equipped. The building is well maintained and Danielle in the office was fantastic - always helpful and pleasant.

Exceptional location at Noosa. Apartment was fantastic- freshly renovated. The private beach was clean and a great addition. Within walking distance of Hastings Street and a short drive/walk of some great restaurants on Gympie tce. Only one lift but was not an issue when we stayed- if during peak season it may be a bigger issue.

Beware"We hired two units for a week recently in April. We were really disappointed with the state of these units. We hired 2 bottom beach front units. The couches were dirty with food splatters

We had such a magical stay at Las Rias and Noosa that we replanned our relatively short trip to Australia to extend our time at Las Rias by a couple of days.Thanks to the lovely team at reception as well. You were always helpful, friendly and great to chat to. ☺️

Awesome views all day sun, great balcony with an automated canopy, apartment a little dated but had all the comforts of home, swimming pool was also great considering it was June water was 28 degrees with a accompanying spa pool which we used every night bathing up until 9pm . Even with the sandy beach washed away on level 1, it didn't affect us ,and the main river route just meters away gave us plenty of entertainment watching all the watercraft passing by . The lady in the office was forever helpful with any issue, eg, operation of canopy, and sent an apartment manager within minutes to show us . Would highly recommend staying at Las Rias.

Great views and lovely place to stay with my family. Easy walk to main beach.
