I have been attending Murwillumbah dental for a few years now and am very happy with the level of care I receive. Jacey always very careful, patient and thorough. All the staff at Murwillumbah Dental make you feel special and treat you like family rather than a patient.

I can’t recommend Jay Ci and the staff at Murwillumbah Dental highly enough! I have always experienced great anxiety and fear of dental procedures however my experience at Murwillumbah Dental was beyond compare. I was treated with amazing empathy, kindness and understanding and felt more confident and calm than I have felt in over 60 years of dental treatment! The work that was done at my first appointment made me feel like a new person - it was of highest quality and I know I will be approaching my next appointment with new confidence thanks to Jay Ci and the amazing staff .

It has been about 5 years since I have been going to Murwillumbah Dental. The entire staff is always so kind & welcoming & I wouldn't go anywhere else! I have felt insecure with my smile for a long time & after getting braces & fixing my teeth, I now feel confident than ever! :)

I held back from giving a review because I did not want to be mean, but I feel it is my duty to let other people know about this dental clinic.Customer service was great and friendly because they want your money not because of any duty of care.I had a dental voucher from the government and went in to get a couple of rear teeth looked at and possibly filled.I knew that this would not cover all the work, but it was a start.On inspection, the dentist told me I would need to fix another two beside these ones before I could get the larger molers done, and this would cost $2500.The receptionist gave me forms to fill out for a loan to repay this if I could not front up with cash.As I am using a dental voucher, I didn't have the funds or ability to get this done, so I waited to think on this and as a result my tooth was getting nerve damage so I decided to get another dentist to look at it and they quoted me $800 for all the work and also did the molers first.I recommend that this dental practice be avoided as they are scamers and have no morals.As a result of this greed, I had to have one of my molers pulled.

I have been invited to submit a review on my experience at Murwillimbah st Dental.DR LI attended the restoration of my teeth and in my humble opinion did a 1st class job.!I would recommend the whole team because of several reasons.The 1st and most important is the attitude and professional approach to the task at hand.2nd and equally important is the friendly welcoming to the practice.It all starts at reception and continues throughout your visit.I am glad as a new person to the area that I/ we chose this practice.

Dr Lakshmin is amazing. He is very thorough and would be the most gentle dentist I’ve ever been to.The nurses and reception staff are great too. Very professional and always friendly and accommodatingI highly recommend their dental practice

Highly recommend Murwillumbah Dental! Have had a great experience every time my daughter and I have visited the practice. Front office staff are very friendly. Dr Lakshman was great- very informative, friendly and gentle.

I am normally terrified of the dentist however the staff at Coolangatta Dental Group in Murwillumbah made me feel very relaxed and explained everything in so much detail I had absolutely no worries. They have done great work on my teeth and I couldn't be happier, will be coming back and recommending to family and friends.
