10/10 for the service, hospitality & care for my pet duck George. JJ (the owner) & Tait looked after my duck as if it was their own. Communicating & reassuring everything from the process, risks & price with me, as well as a consistent check up daily if not weekly. Couldn’t recommend any other vet more highly.

There are not many vets on the north coast who are experienced with birds so I was super impressed to learn that JJ and Helen from Racecourse Road Vets had extra qualifications in exotic animal medicine. My little cockatiel was very unwell. JJ reached out to my previous vet in Brisbane and acquired all relevant medical history.Both Helen and JJ provided beautiful care for her and after a couple of weeks with a new diet and some antibiotics she is now happy and healthy as ever.Anyone with exotic pets or birds should not hesitate to use these guys.

Gus, the StaffKelpAdor, had his annual checkup and vaccination with Vet Willa and was his normal nervous self. We sat on the floor and this helped Gus cope with the new surroundings.

The best Vets i have ever taken our girl to by far ! The kindness and care given to Karsha was outstanding and i wouldnt go anywhere else from now on. Friendly team that take such a genuine interest in the welfare of animals and really went above and beyond. Thank you again for such awesome service and fantastic staff ! :)

Thank you Dr JJ, Dr Tonje and Dr Linn and also the whole team for all their care and support when they treated our dog Winnie.They truely care about their work and are extremely professional. When Winnie was extremely unwell it was comforting to know she was in safe hands at Racecourse Road.We appreciated the great communication from the team in regards to Winnie’s treatment plan. Overall, the cost was more than fair considering Winnie’s recovery and the amount of love and care she had whilst in their care.Thanks JJ and Team
