Placed Click&Collect order online at 08:30AM. Arrived in store 10:10 AM, staff rather bluntly told me to go away and take it up with online services" as the order was not in the system"

3 Staff standing around talking amongst themselves about other things while intermittently serving me and it seemed like I was inconveniencing them by making a purchase

Very helpful service and quick delivery next day.The appliance I bought (a 50kg gas stove) was unfortunately damaged in transit (these things happen), so a quick replacement was delivered the next day.Their recovery of the problem really impressed me, so in a funny way, this transit damage actually impressed me with their customer satisfaction commitment.I'm now done forever with The Good Guys" at Chatswood >> they were under major refurbishment

Unpleasant experience , poor communication .Was looking for a Panasonic rice cooker , found it online , called for stock check , not available , paid deposit over the phone for transfer .The team member said it would take 2-3 days and she was supposed to send a copy of receipt to my email but It didn't happen until I contacted the store . I placed the order on Monday no one contacted me until I emailed for an update on Friday and it was there already .

AVOID Bing Lee Chatswood!! Worst customer service I have experienced and would give ZERO Stars if possible! On two separate occasions: one female staff about a fortnight ago and then today Kevin, both very rude!I needed to have a Breville toaster replaced under warranty and had the Bing Lee receipt (and Breville replacement authority email) but on both occasions when trying to arrange the replacement Bing Lee Chatswood staff were arrogant, very rude and hung-up before I could finish the conversation. I tried calling Bing Lee Head Office to lodge a complaint only to be told I could not speak to a person but would have to would have to email them - no thanks, Head Office not interested enough so I posted here instead. The more people that avoid Bing Lee Chatswood the better - their staff do not deserve a job and the store does not deserve to stay in business.I can however, highly recommend Bing Lee at Moore Park, where the staff were very friendly, polite and helpful, making the exchange without fuss.

The service I received from this store was exceptional. I would like to acknowledge Boris, who went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with our purchase. I will always purchase any future goods from this store.

Best rice cooker available locally, if you’re not too fussed by the floral print. Cooks in 15 minutes and doesn’t burn your rice. Keeps your rice nice and fluffy. Took one star off for the floral print.
