Outstanding service and product knowledge!By shear chance, I made a phone call to West End Cycles, looking for a particular bike. I spoke to Wes who, after taking for a while, suggested that a different bike (which was also considerably cheaper) would be better for my particular needs.When traveling through Wangaratta I called in to express my appreciation, and, also bought a bike.Two weeks later I made the 2.5 hour (each way) drive to pick up my bike. Wes helped with the bike set up, and made the transaction real easy, and an absolute pleasure.I thoroughly recommend this shop.

Absoluteky brilliant, can say enough. Service and care when we foubd ourselves stuck with a helmet issue for a junior racer was amazing. If you need anything bike related in Wangaratta please consider West End cycles first.
