Took my Prado to get heated leather seats. It was very easy to book in and pick out the style I wanted. Simon was very friendly. They said it may take up to two weeks for leather to arrive. It came the following week and my car was done in 48 hours. It looks great and the new leather smells beautiful. Really enjoyed my drive home with cold AC blowing and nice toasty heated seats on.

Very professional service and an awesome result. The crew from Autolux were great, from the input at the design stage, the attention to detail and friendly service.I would not hesitate recommending Autolux to anyone looking for a classic or luxury upgrade for their pride and joy.

I ordered a HSP HARD LID For my next gen raptor from Carlo at Autoluxgood service and good communication. his estimated time for building, painting and freight was very accurate which is hard to find these days.colour match was very surprising to how good it came out.

Avoid these guys. I was helping my mum get a reversing camera installed on her car. Autolux, Auburn, were nice on the phone, and I decided to go with them, even though they were $200 more expensive than another place I called. They were nice when I dropped off the car. They assured me it would go smoothly, and my mum would have a three-year warranty. I don't live near Auburn, so I had to drive out there for 40 minutes, catch the train back into the city, then catch the train back to Auburn the next day. When I went to collect the car, the camera had a weird glitch where the picture changed angles intermittently, and you couldn't access the settings. I learnt from listening as they spoke to the to the supplier on speakerphone that they had installed the camera incorrectly by wiring the screen and the camera into the same reversing-light power connection. This meant that the camera randomly alternated between two different views, and it wasn't possible to access the settings to alter anything. I sat there while they called the supplier again and tried to fix it, but they couldn't. They asked me to wait inside while they did the repair. Then said they would have to send the unit back to the supplier and wait for it to come back. We had originally discussed installing a different type of reversing camera, so I asked them to install the original one we had discussed, instead of this clip-on one. This one was more expensive, but I was happy to pay more just to get it sorted out for my mum. But they refused. They just said, 'Go somewhere else. This has all been too frustrating.' So, they just removed the faulty camera. After hours of stuff around, they offered no solution. So, now I have wasted a huge amount of time and travel, and all my mum got out if it were two screws in the body of her car. If you want to avoid a frustrating experience like this, avoid Autolux Auburn.

I had recently got leather seats installed in my car through Autolux Auburn and I’m quite impressed with the quality of workmanship by them. Surprisingly the work on my car was completed within one day! Would highly recommend their services!
