Had an appointment with Dr Kayla and she was amazing! Thoroughly listened to everything and explained things to me. She made sure I felt heard and ensured she was as in depth as possible into helping the reason for my visit. Highly recommend! Front desk service were also super lovely and helpful

One never wants to attend a medical centre, but in this case it is a pleasure! From the moment you walk in the door, it is rather inviting! The reception staff are very courteous, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The medical staff are no exception; every effort is made to ensure that your issues are addressed. If something crops up after your visit, someone will contact you to arrange another visit or to clear up the matter. Have had a phone consultation on occasions when there are no appointment vacancies available. The practice would be a huge loss to Manjimup and surrounding area, should it close for some reason.

Well presented accessible medical premises with ample parking and pleasant environs. Reception staff are courteous, although they need to pay more attention to client details, so as not to cause embarrassment at checkout. The medical staff is professional and prompt; more importantly, the doctor I have seen is very professional and empathetic. He is attentive and followed up with the right tests and referrals. The wait time was reasonable.
