Aussie Pet Doors

I've ordered from Aussie Pet Doors twice now with no complications and have been very happy with both the products and service.I've purchased several items from their SureFeed product range and found the quality, price, and delivery service all exceptional. My order was processed and shipped the next day, and I received several emails regarding the status of my order and tracking info.I consider them a very trustworthy store and will buy from them again in future.

Adam was really helpful and knowledgeable . I can't add any photos yet as the renovation is still a work in progress. My doors are being installed through the wall. Photos will be added later. A very happy camper. I would like to add an update on my purchase.I specifically requested my package be left by the front door if there was no-one at home. This didn't happen and I received a message to say the package wasn't left and to arrange a redelivery.This was attempted but the website wouldn't respond, even though I was following the instructions.Following day, I call Aussie pet doors after sending an email the evening before. I spoke to staff but received an email saying they would try to get the package redelivered!!To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. My order was close to $500 and this is the best they can do.I was going to buy an American dog door but thought I would prefer to support local, bad choice.I'm sorry Aussie pet doors, I won't be recommending you, I suggest you try a different courier company as I haven't had this problem in the past.Regards,A not unreasonable customer

Thanks Aussie Pet Doors!We had a pet door installed through an exterior wall & are extremely greatful to Adam for squeezing us in before an upcoming deadline & Issy for his professionalism & great workmanship. Looks like a very stury door - so much better than the sliding door insert that we have been using until now.

As with all orders, issues happen, in this case with the courier.The real measure of a good company is how well they handle it when stuff goes wring. These guys were quick, polite and effective ensuring I got my delivery within 24 hours if the courier messing up. Will buy from them again!

This business is advertising airline approved animal crates. When really they are not IATA animal approved crates at all and the company cannot provide straight answers regarding the matter.Adam, refers to Issey, Issey refers to Jack. And Jack doesn't exist. These backyarders that have completely attempted to rip off 'impact crates' are a scam.Beware you will not be allowed to fly or ship your pet/working dogs with any 'aussie pet doors' crates. You will be stopped at any Australian or international airport as they do not meet IATA travel requirements and regulations.As seen in previous 1 star genuine reviews i am anticipating lies and a sarcastic responses from the owner.Judge for yourself ppl, read the reviews. The 1 stars are legit. The 5 stars are fake. And take caution dealing with this dodgy business hiding behind a '1300' number.

I started at Bunnings and ended up at Aussie Pet Doors, there is no comparison between the quality of the Sliding Pet Door Insert, you get what you pay for. I would recommend this product and this Company to anyone.

I have recently just ordered my second surefeed microchip pet feeder absolutely love the product, ordering through “Aussie pet doors” was super simple and quick. Only reason for 4/5 stars is purely for the postage service they use, if you aren’t in Victoria there’s no option for express postage and at a flat rate of $14.99 I’d 100% prefer to pay that much for express shipping. Their postage service also sends little to no updates on where your parcel is, only communication I’ve received from the postage service is confirmation of order, confirmation of weight then nothing until it was delivered. Might be worth looking into a different postal service for your customers that aren’t in Victoria.

Great Product and Outstanding Service.We purchased a pet door to be built into a brick wall and the product is strurdy and well built, perfect for our needs.When our builder threw out the security cover, I contacted Aussie Pet Doors to enquire about a replacement. Without hesitating the they advised they'd get the warehouse to pack one up and ship it to us.

Awesome experience working with this business. Good process and very pleasant team both on the phone/ email and onsite, and the product (XL doggy door) is perfect, highly recommend
