Keen Physio Doncaster East

My experience with Keen Physio has been nothing but exceptional! I was experiencing sever shoulder pain when i first visited Keen. Right from the start his knowledge & expertise were evident as he walked me through the causes of my issue & how to resolve it. Keen set me both stretches & strengthening exercises to fix my shoulder & after a few sessions my pain has pretty much subsided & i’m back to lifting heavy weights in the gym & performing exercises again i wasn’t able to, due to my injury! Could not recommend Keen’s services enough! Thanks for all your help Keen, will be a returning customer!

I pulled a muscle on my back and thought it would go away. A month later it was still hurting. I googled a physio in the manningham area. I called Keen and made an appointment. He greeted me at the door and was polite and professional. After two appointments my back and arm muscles improved so much. He knew exactly what was wrong and where to apply pressure points on the muscle. His practice is clean and he is always on time and very professional. I would recommend Keen to my friends and family. I went to see Keen after I injured my ankle a few months ago and I have seen significant improvement since seeing him. Prior to seeing him, I was experiencing significant pain, swelling and was not able to walk. After a few sessions I was already off my crutches and each week I am seeing great improvement in my recovery. The swelling and pain has subsided and I am able to walk properly again. I can attest his therapy is very effective and he is knowledgeable in his field. Keen also has great bedside manner and his clinic is very clean. I highly recommend Keen if you're looking for a physio!

I was experiencing constant lower back pain from standing and sitting, and a family member recommended me to pay Keen a visit. After a few sessions, my lower back now feels much better. During our consultation, Keen is always very patient and provides thorough explanation as to why I’m experiencing these pains and how to alleviate stress/ build up supportive back muscles. Keen is very professional and knowledgeable, I would highly recommend him to others :)))

I did not want a cortisone injections for my shoulder injury so I was referred to Keen to try his physio treatment.I have had 4 sessions so far with a good percentage of my pain not as intense and not as frequent.Keen appears to have in depth knowledge in his field and has the intuition and patience to find the root cause of the pain source to stop the rippling effect it may have on the body.He addresses that area with massage and in my case has improved movement to my shoulder, arm and hands.He also gives home exercises to aide healing and getting back to a normal routine.Keen is friendly and thorough in his sessions with no hurrying up his patients and I am so glad I was referred to himI have further sessions with him and feel confident that this is the right approach for me so far and glad that I did not take a quick fix cortisone where there was no guarantee it would work for the long term.

I came to Keen after removing my cast for a wrist fracture. Before I met with Keen, I was experiencing discomfort and stiffness in my wrist, and my fingers had very limited range of motion. Within my first session, Keen not only improved the movement of wrist, but helped me understand why I was experiencing problems with them in the first place. Over the past months of working with Keen, my wrist has improved significantly, I no longer deal with pain, and I can move it freely without issue. I have been able to return to sport and resistance training without problem as well.I'd highly recommend Keen's services to anyone.

If you’re looking for a physio who not only provides exceptional service but has so much passion in this field, look no further. 3 years ago I tore my ACL during a soccer game. Went in for surgery and it was replaced with the quads tendon. Through my experience my keen I learnt a lot about my own body and keen pushed me to improve every day. He treated any and all issues I had perfectly and I never felt like I fell behind during my lengthy recovery. I have the highest regards for Keen and he’s services and would encourage anyone going through sporting injuries to utilise him to the fullest. I still see keen to this day and I am currently playing state championship futsal and state 1 level in outdoor soccer.
