So much of it is done over the phone, so its rare to be able to have quality time with an experienced practitioners like Steven to provide a framework on each of the core property development activities.From useful tips to showing you what not to do and correcting common misconception about the development process Steven doesn’t shy away from being honest about projects, deals, legal structures, construction costs etc.As I transition from a broker to developer I can say honestly that my understanding was very superficial before spending time with Steven, getting mentored and having extensive course material for reference.Regards,KS

I had a chance to attend a one day taster course, with Steve from Property Development Institute. The course was so informative, i signed for the 3 day course.

I have attended the property development Institute courses now a couple of times.Every time I do I feel so much better off.
