Unprofessional, rude, lazy, incompetent and dishonest. One of their Property managers Mxxxxxn ripped my parents off for years with no service at all on their rental property and dishonest and unfair charges. No communication at all and when asked, completely wrong information given, and even saying tenants stopped renting months ago., and apparently no records or paperwork kept and no keys retained! Would never have chosen this agent however old management was sold off and automatically transferred to this rubbish company. When informed we are taking our business elsewhere received a single response “wow finally ... take care”.

So unprofessional and lazy. Don't look after the property, don't look after the tenant. Don't communicate, only when legal documents are brought up do they react to maintenance issues Wouldn't ever go near them. And in terms of their honesty, Sean Dunn works for them and gives himself a 5 star review on here. Whole company is way out of its depth.

Great professional service provided by both Trent and Sean. Both very friendly and accommodating. Sean was very good at communicating between myself, owner and tenant (at the time) to get the property vacant before settlement. Items I asked to be fixed prior to settlement were fixed the very next day with evidence as assurance. Everything that happened throughout the whole process felt very controlled, nothing was rushed or done without me being informed which added up to a really good overall experience.

This is an agency that offers great service to tenants. Our first time in Australia, living in the beautiful McMahons Point was a very special and an unforgettable experience partly due to fuss free and swift service from Blues Point Real Estate. Want you sell your property - do yourselves a favour! DO NOT HIRE this agency. We had a failed campaign and all I heard was excuses. There were times, where I had to throw in the pitch on how to talk to clients and points to cover. I could go on and on about this. No point.Overall, lazy agents and at the end will just slap you the marketing invoice with no results. I gave my property to another agent and its now SOLD. This agency does not have the required expertise to operate in such market. Sorry guys - very dissatisfied with your service.

Dishonest and unprofessional. Blues Point Real Estate advertised a unit I bought from them as having air conditioning which I later found out was not actually functioning. During the period they were my property managers I never received any inspection reports. They also deducted rent money without advising me or my authority. When I changed to another property manager it showed me how professional other organisations are.

Sadly I had a very unhappy ending to my years of property management with this agency.Like a previous reviewer , Merixxxx ( theRental “manager” at Blues Point RE isIncompetent and dishonest.I requested several times that she contact me prior to a rental review. She did not and took it upon herself to rent my property without my consultation at a rental wellbelow market value. I immediately moved to another agency in the areaAll the other staff in this agency are decent .Avoid this agency at all costs.
