I went to this salon and showed them an image of what I wanted. It was a simple French nail and I walked away unhappy with the outcome. I felt uncomfortable to speak up on the day as the lady was very rude and miserable towards me. I went back the next day to get a refund and the nails removed as the lady agreed, and once they were off she said she will give me a quarter of the refund as she needs the money to pay her worker. She was speaking very rudely and I did not end up walking away with my refund and I had no nails on as she refused to do them again. Also a heads up, check how much they charge before you pay as I was charged 80$ instead of 55$ as displayed on the website and brochure.

I came for a scheduled appointment and was seen at a later time showing the unprofessionalism of the business, I came for a French tip and for the price I paid it was definitely not worth it and I could’ve gone somewhere better for a lower price that would provide quality service. After speaking to the owner, she seemed to argue back with me saying there was nothing she could do so I couldn’t even get a refund and said she could remove at an an extra cost. So unprofessional will not be coming back

Overall their workmanship is great but their time management is terrible. I had an appointment for 12.30pm & I didn’t get seen to till 110pm. This made me miss another appointment that I had scheduled. Also, on this particular day she told me to put my feet in the water and when I did it was scorching hot. Ridiculous! I asked them to find me matching colors for toes & fingernails but I was told they couldn’t do that! This is the last time I attend this salon. They’re continually late because they can’t say no to walk ins.

Went to have shellac nail polish today. Girl was extremely rude talking non-stop to girl beside her and either stopping or not watching what she was doing. Once old shellac was removed I said I didn’t want anything else and paid and left. I will not go back there. They need a lesson in customer service and good manners.

Wow. There are no other words to use and not in a good way. I had the worst experience possible with my set of nails, walking out with them uneven and bumpy. I would’ve been better off going to my 4 year old cousin. Extremely rude when I asked them to fix it but in there eyes my nails were good???

Lady who did my nails was very nice towards the beginning. Later she started to get very irritated, telling me to strain my hands out - and kept telling me to for about 20 minutes. My hands began to cramp. Then she got upset that my hands stayed straight as she moved onto the next part - rudely telling me to let them loose, as if I knew. I get my nails done quite often and nobody’s ever told me to adjust my hands. Yanking my hand towards her firmly, tapping me and the table roughly - and would so obviously turn to her friend and talk about me in her foreign language. She got so mad, she had to turn the nail fan towards herself. She kept going on her phone, literally sat in front of me, pausing the service to message. Kept getting calls and answering them every time. Another thing I found ridiculous is the amount of people they kept letting in - when they clearly did not have enough workers to perform that many services at once. Nails turned out nice, though. Felt reluctant to even give my money to such a rude person.

Worst experience of my life! I came in with 2 friends and we all had negative things to say, nothing good at all, customer service was absolutely atrocious, I’ve been max 4 times past, nail artwork was below average and I might aswell get them done by a 4 yearold, they made 1 of my friends bleed on 5 fingers, it was clumpy and over priced for shellac which wasn’t asked for we asked for acrylics, I myself left without painting them and they charged me 65$, they take their time in order to get more money, absolutely ferral. I wanted to originally get French tips but they would have charged me 75$ plus an extra 20$ for the time that goes into creating the French tip. And the “manager” jessie, was extremely disrespectful and for a manager that runs a nail store she should really fix that attitude because it ain’t good for buisness but clearly they don’t know almost like they don’t know how to do nails (they said they try their best but they clearly didn’t try they were careless with everything). Lol absolutely yuck thanks for nothing. They have to lose Their liscence, 3 people 9 bleeding fingers. And it’s my bday in 2 days already ruined

I went into this salon, got my nails done and didn’t receive what I wanted. They were chunky, bumpy and I had nail polish around my cuticles. I went back the next day and asked to get them off and a refund in which they agreed to although once taken off she refused to give me a refund. They are rude, they are not gentle with your hands and only want your money. If 0 stars was available I would have clicked that but unfortunately that is not an option. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. Vescada nails in Caroline springs are much better(:Also be sure to check the price before you pay as I got charged an extra $25
