Berkeley Residential is a really friendly property management agent. I rent a townhouse with them when I was studying in ANU. I signed a two years lease with them, they will take care of all your issues with polite manner and friendliness. They provide excellent support even during off work time. They also provide reference letter for me after the end of lease. if the google map could rate more stars for their services. I will give them more than 5.

We rented a penthouse in the Waterfront Apartments overlooking the lake in Kingston. It was a lengthy negotiation, ultimately we secured the property through Berkeley Residential and we were happy with the deal. Roxanne is an excellent property manager. Thorough, but very kind and empathetic as well. I can recommend this firm.

Very unpleasant experience. The agent Bill Lyristakis was very rude and unwelcoming, seemed very judgemental, difficult to engage and unwilling to give us any relevant information. Negative body language and absolute lack of interest in being helpful. Very disappointing. I am looking for the house to buy but I am not going back to that agency ever.
