Been coming here for over 6 years, and nothing but professionalism by staff and owner. Only chemist I go too. I'm always late getting my scripts in and they never have never refused me service or say come back tomorrow. They hang around and finish my order.I honestly can't recommend them higher, I'm a complicated patient with lots of scripts and they never judge me. Love my favourite chemist and incredible staff, especially Sheridan, Tim and Hetal, thank you for always going above and beyond for me.

Fantastic chemist. Very helpful and always able to answer any questions I put forward. Great service and even though they can be super busy I am always treated well

I wrote a letter of complaint to the stores email for the manager after experiencing rude and confrontational behaviour from the chemist, in the email I also asked for my standing script to be returned to me. It’s been a week and they have completely ignored it.

Rude pharmacist. I walked in with my wife and was asked to wear my mask to which I replied I have a medical exemption. He then proceeded to tell me I'm going to have to ask you to leave the store if you don't put a mask on.I just walked out, was absolutely gobsmacked. Completely discriminative to those who medically are exempt.Will never go back there

I would like to say a huge thankyou to Terry white chemist for coming to our house Monday morning after my daughter got very sick with covid. The gentleman from the chemist was wonderful and helped me so much as I was worried about my daughter. We've now all got covid in our house including myself very bad. Can’t believe such poor treatment from what I thought was my local chemist. I have been a loyal customer since moving here 5 years ago. I am disgusted in the discrimination I received by the lady who refused to serve me. I’m visibly unwell and have the original bottle of cough medicine with my name on it and purchased from the same pharmacy just on a year ago (no prescription required).I was disregarded with no concern. When I got home I called the pharmacy to confirm if this lady was correct in her judgement only to find out I was totally discriminated against and they do have it in stock and can easily dispense if you produce your drivers licence (not a problem for me).Do they not have any compassion for a clearly unwell person who has supported their business for many years.I was astonished to confirm with the chemist that they do pick and choose who they sell to. I understand the need for being restrictive in their profession but common sense must prevail and a clearly unwell, professional accountant, mum, wife and generally fit person should not be subjected to this kind of treatment. They have lost a loyal customer and I’ll be sure to tell my friends and neighbours about my negative experience.

Very discriminative owner of the business. Kick me out not wearing a mask. This business should be shut down. When people go there for medication the chemist kick you out this is unacceptable.I go everywhere without a mask. GP, hospital as well. You do not need to doubt anything.You did not offer service outside the shop, you told to your staff who was already serving me to it fast, then when I told you about the 1988 Privacy Act which says every Australian citizen has a right of privacy including health as well, you told to your staff to stop serving me and asked me to leave the shop. As well you said do not tell me about rights and privacy. The mandates are not laws, the 1988 Privay act and the 1992 Discrimination act are laws. On top of that I can't breath in the mask and also causing me physical and mental stress.

The pharmacist is really helpful. My meds can get pretty complicated for me but he's patient and makes the whole process easier for me by slowing down and explaining things which I really appreciate. Good honest service. I like supporting our local businesses too.

After reading some of these reviews I’m absolutely gob smacked!I’ve been going to this chemist for almost 5 years and I’ve found the whole staff absolutely wonderful and incredibly helpful. They’ve been nothing but awesome!To the people whinging about wearing masks inside, it’s a privately owned business and it is clearly stated upon entry masks must be worn, to not only protect staff, but other patients coming in to get their scripts filled!Stop being so selfish and self entitled.

Poor excuse for a chemist. Never anything you need in stock. Not even the common cold and flu tablets which you’d assume a chemist would have. Wouldn’t waste your time going here.Also had several prescriptions unable to be fulfilled.
