Save yourself the headache and money and avoid this company at all costs. Buying a second hand machine is a better idea than even calling this business.I agree with the negative reviews and can’t help but think the new positive reviews are fake.The lady is HORRIBLE to deal with and could care less about the customer. She must be a family member, as there is no way an employee in customer service could actually get away with that level of poor customer service.Also do yourself a favour and check the part cost online if they provide you a price for a part. I guarantee you would be mortified.I don’t think I have ever dealt with a worse small business.

As I understand it, Ian Browns business has been under new management using same name recently..Andrew the new owner, came to fix Washing Machine & Dishwasher, the washing machine was an easy fix because over flow sink pipe had not been drilled out, as this is common with new houses as a prevention, to stop water leaking under sink when nothing is connected.Andrew then worked on Dish washer, and thought he had fixed IE Error message on LG, working along the same principle as with washing Machine, he then did a quick test and said it was fixed..Andrew is a nice guy’ and seems honest.After he left, it was discovered the IE Error problem was still there?Then after many missed calls throughout the late morn, I eventually got on to Hailey in office’ and after she then had spoken to Andrew, it was assumed he may have left water tap off?Eventually after doing all the checks in regard to water flow, it was then determined that the problem was due to possibly 3 main common parts inside machine.I then asked Hayley for a quote on each part, as I was in a hard position’ because we had bought both machines as refurbished models, both had warranty’s for 1 year’ but I simply just wanted a price’ so I could then determine whether it’s worth travelling almost 4 hours one way to Hoopers crossing, to drop off machine for repair, then having to pick up at a later date’ also knowing that fuel cost’s for Diesel isn’t cheap for up to 16 hours driving all round.Hayley then promised she would ring back to give me prices later that day..She never did?I then rang early next morn, she had then decided rather than give me prices, she would then arrange a repair van to pick up dishwasher, and again would ring me back later that second day to let me know when they’d pick up.Hayley is truly doing Andrew a dis-service, she does not keep her promises to ring back on the day, she doesn’t hardly answer the phone, and even as I write this’ late in the day, she has yet to ring me’ to tell when they will pick up machine??What a joke!I guess if Hayley is married to Andrew?He is stuck with a lazy thoughtless business partner, but if she’s just an employee? Andrew seriously should consider alternatives, as this is clearly not the way to run a business, as his reputation and profits will suffer in the hands of lazy thoughtless, incompetent Hailey at reception.

Very quick to identify problem friendly service all the staff .

Quick response to call out for caravan washing machine did thorough troubleshooting and solved issue and also showed how to fix should problem reoccur whilst travelling

Very helpful, great service all around. Went out of their way to help fix our problem.

Poor customer serviceStaff attends the phone is rude and adamant no flexibility at all they want the customer to be flexibleCannot give a time for delivery or pickup as they cannot ensure that it will happen rather they give a day like “ it will be picked up/ delivered on “”””Sunday””” when you ask them why can’t you give a time the answer is “ that’s not how we work”Phone works only from 9:30 to 1:30 and you will be left unanswered many times

The account came after several months and the cost was outrageuos. The technician had spent some time looking at the machine as it went through a cycle and then he said there wasn't any issue that needed repair - the machine was working fine. I was shocked when I was charge more than $250-. I was charged $120 for an hour of his time but I was also charged an additional $132 call out" fee

Do not trust this man, poor customer service, does not respond/reply to phone calls. Refused to give our washing machine back after we waited several days for an assessment (which wasn't done when we went to the premises) $100 up front cash only. When we asked for assessment not to go ahead and our money back he refused to give the machine back and also our cash . The next day he rang to say our machine was ready for collection and hehad done the assessment against our instructions. The worst customer service we have experienced in a long time, and dishonest into the bargain. VCAT here we come.
