Figtree Pictures

I really wish I could give a better review - we did get some beautiful photos and the staff were lovely on the day - but ultimately I do not feel like I got Figtrees usual quality or style. I think Figtree probably agrees as they have chosen to never share any photos from our wedding.Overall I am underwhelmed by our photos - we have nothing “candid” or fun which was something I really highlighted wanting. Everything looks very posed - we don’t seem to have the fun group photos or the usual editing style that figtree is usually known for. There were also some obvious photos missed such as a photo of us in front of our custom name sign, or a photo of our custom bar sign. We also didn’t get any of the golden hour photos figtree is great at (for some reason they only got these of the groomsmen).I spent a long time researching wedding photographers to make sure I chose one who had the style I liked, and really thought I’d chosen correctly with figtree as all their photos are a similar style and mine just.. aren’t that.The staff were nice enough to try re-editing some photos when I raised that they didn’t seem to look like figtrees usual style - but I think they just put a warmer filter on them. They still don’t look like something you’d see on their Instagram. For some reason it just feels like the same effort didn’t go into our wedding, which is a really disappointing feeling for a bride.

What can I say! Kristy and Trent were amazing on our day. They literally were just so helpful and such lovely people that made our day even better. Their professionalism and attention to detail was second to none.Kristy was with me when I got ready and really calmed me down when everything got a bit hectic before the ceremony. She was so understanding, calm & got those shots!!! They both had such a good vibe that made getting pictures so easy and being very picky with photography, we just love that we could really trust them. I had no doubt they were going to capture incredible stuff.Thank you both so much for being apart of our day! Having incredible vendors makes it all that much better!!! I couldn’t recommend Figtree pictures more.We also really appreciated they worked with us through many postponements and we got there in the end with the best day of our lives. Victoria & Benn xxx

Fig Tree PicturesPhotography for a wedding can certainly be a hard decision to make. But when we saw Fig Tree Pictures and paired them with Earth House with a winter sun, it was an easy decision. Fig Tree were easy to speak to and easily contactable when we had questions. They really made us feel very special from the moment we confirmed their booking and this was really nice considering how busy they are every weekend! Leading into the wedding, communication and support never failed and when Dan & Jess arrived at Earth House our nerves for being in front of a camera (without a filter :) ) were eased. As uncomfortable we thought we would be in front a camera posing all day, we felt the team calmed our nerves and made it the time of our lives, we enjoyed our time so much and had an absolute ball – you can tell by the constant laughter in our photos and genuine smiles ear to ear seen. The candid moments and those action photos have provided us with genuine emotion and relight the memories that was our wedding day. Fig Tree really did go that extra mile squeezing in any opportunity for a photo and being so well planned with their schedule, we never felt rushed or out of place. For us, photos mean everything, they capture moments and create memories that truly live forever – we will continue to admire the creativity and the snapshots that were taken. The moments captured have allowed for us all to reminisce about the local cows that wanted to join in our moments- so we shared our picture with them, to capturing the moments of spontaneity between our loved ones and to the champagne chugging that put the bridal party in stiches moments before walking down the aisle and finally capturing the moment Josh and I first saw each other is now captured in our hearts. I don’t know where to begin! Right from the moment we booked Figtree to receiving our final wedding gallery, I have been blown away by the incredible service. Our photographers on the day, Camilla and Trent, were absolutely wonderful, so great to have with us and made us feel so at ease. Our pictures are absolutely beautiful. They captured really candid, natural photos, the magical sunset and all the fine details. I will always recommend Figtree to anyone planning a wedding. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!!! The whole team from the moment we first enquired to receiving our wedding gallery were absolutely amazing!I’ve never felt so comfortable having photos taken as I did on our wedding day. We had 2 photographers and 2 videographers all whom captured our wedding day perfectly. The photo quality is amazing and really highlights all the precious moments from our day. Their interaction with us was exactly what we needed on the day to capture the precious moments we wanted yet were also so professional and seasoned at blending into the background during our ceremony and reception capturing the atmosphere and festivities keeping the day all about us and our guestsWe can’t Thankyou enough!

My husband and I chose Figtree Pictures after a recommendation from our wedding venue. We couldn’t be more impressed. Our photos are amazing and exactly how we imagined them to be. Our photographer made it all feel very natural and candid on the day and listened to all our little requests. I found Figtree Pictures to be very punctual and able to help out whenever we needed.

We had figtreepictures as our photographers for our wedding. They did an amazing job! Not only did the photos turn out to be amazing but our photographer was so sweet and lovely. She made us feel comfortable throughout the whole experience. The team are very organised and professional. We had a meeting prior to our wedding to discuss what type of photos we were after and to go over the plan for the day.I was so happy with our photos and our whole experience! They made our wedding so special and we will forever be thankful for capturing our favourite day!

Wow - could not recommend Figtree Pictures more! I recently got married at Summergrove Estate and we had Kristy & Madie as our photographer and videographer. They were both the best! On the day, they were super chilled, really good at giving us instructions without making us feel forced, made us all feel really comfortable - everyone loved them!! We have received our sneak peeks and cannot stop watching! Our pictures and video is so stunning, we can’t wait to see the full package! Leading up to the wedding they were also great at communicating, we had a pre wedding call completely driven by them and sent through the list of family photos we wanted - it made everything run really smoothly on the day and we knew what to expect. We absolutely loved working with Figtree and would highly recommend.

We had the Figtree team capture the photos for our wedding in Feb 2023. Kristy was the main photographer for the day and she was absolutely amazing.
