I had my first brow shape and dye today and I was not prepared for the look as I am used to sparse crooked eyebrows but 6 hours later with my hair washed, I am loving it! Jess' customer service skills are second to none. The salon is clean and the bed comfortable. Her excellent communication skills and knowledge of brow shape and mapping put away my fears about any 'angry bird' look. I will certainly be recommending Jess to many friends.

I had my first appointment with Jess on the weekend and the experience was 10/10. Jess was easy to talk to and had a warm manner which put me at ease.We spoke about what I wanted to achieve and she explained all of the options available. I felt so at ease that I booked my next appointment for tattooing in 2 weeks time which I am so excited about.I would absolutely recommend Jess to friends and family.

I will highly recommend Jess to anyone young or old, I myself am 70. What a lovely, calming, skilled and talented young woman she is. I arrived at her clinic never so much as having my brows waxed before, ever. Yes I was somewhat apprehensive, within minutes she had me calm and confident. I am extremely pleased with the end result. The clinic was extremely clean, and I am most impress with my bag of after care goodies, including the gummy bears.Thank you Jess
