I truly dislike writing negative reviews, especially for small businesses, but my experience with Roof 'N' Man has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Despite my best efforts to give them ample time to fix the leak in my roof, I've been left with no choice but to express my dissatisfaction.It has been over one and a half months since I first contacted Roof 'N' Man about my leaking roof, and despite their promises to come and address the issue, the problem remains unresolved. I understand that delays can occur, but the lack of communication and failure to deliver on their commitments is unacceptable.To make matters worse, I paid a hefty $300 call-out fee in the hope of receiving prompt and effective service. Regrettably, this turned out to be a complete waste of my hard-earned money. Not only did they fail to fix the leak, but they also resorted to providing me with a series of excuses that were both unconvincing and unprofessional.The most frustrating part of this whole ordeal is the repeated no-shows. There were numerous occasions when Roof 'N' Man assured me they would be coming to address the issue, only to never arrive. This disregard for their customers' time and needs is deeply disappointing.I believe in supporting local businesses, but my experience with Roof 'N' Man has left me feeling betrayed and taken advantage of. It's disheartening to see a company fail to live up to its promises and neglect its responsibilities.I strongly advise anyone considering Roof 'N' Man for their roofing needs to think twice. Based on my experience, their unreliable service, ineffective repairs, and lack of professionalism make them a poor choice. Look elsewhere for a roofing company that values its customers and takes pride in delivering on their commitments.

Roof'N'Man were EXCELLENT. Extremely responsive, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They took the time to explain each step of the process, were very friendly and did an incredible job cleaning up at the end of each day. The team was always on time and worked diligently each day. They finished on promptly and made this a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this company for all roofing needs.
