I can most certainly recommend this business. It was most refreshing to come across someone who is a true expert in their field. I was concerned as a woman, approaching a business for a repair on a generator. It could not have been more misplaced. The owner operator, made me most at ease, explaining breakdown of costs and showing me parts that were definitely expended.As a result, my generator is back to running like new and I ended up paying less than I'd been quoted by another 3 businesses throughout Cairns. Even though price was not my main objective. Thank You so much for the quick turn around and your staff's admirable understanding of the urgency of this repair.I whole heartedly reccommend Cairns Electrical Rewind, to anyone craving good old fashioned service with modern know how.

Lee and his crew are bloody Champions. My high end trade tools are the backbone of my business and when they need service/repair I don't work. This family run business always goes out of their way to fix my stuff ASAP and get me back to work. Super Service. I'll never take my machines anywhere else. Pleasure to deal with.

I asked for a quote and was told by the office personnel that I would hear back in up to 48 hours, 5 days later I still hadn't heard from them, so I picked it up. Polite and friendly....

I'm an electrician & have used these guys for years for all the sort of work I don't do, motors, power tools, welder repairs etc & have always found their service & work first class & all very fairly priced. I don't think you you'll find better in Cairns or elsewhere for that matter.

Bad experience with repair and bad customer service. Will not warranty workmanship, he got aggressive when engine had to be returned after only 2 months blaming the customer.

Cant keep track of how many times my tool went in for warranty and wouldnt give me a recipts so i could prove it. Go to Cairns Power Tool Repairs instead, highly rate their customer service.

Excellent customer service received from this company, totally professional technicians. Our factory had a breakdown of unusual motor, they took care of us straight away and made up a custom part that got us back in production within hours and saving us much in lost production. They are the real thing, so pleased to have a company with this skill level and top rate customer service in Cairns. Thank you guys!!
