Very bad experience. If i can put minus star, i would love to put it. That would be my first and last visit this Daiso store. Before I pay in cashier, i asked the guy cashier if it’s refundable because i was afraid it won’t fit, and he said yes, i asked for the receipt. It turned out didn’t fit our flower bouquet. We came there this afternoon to refund it, brought our receipt. We faced one guy cashier and a woman cashier. The woman said we cannot refund it. The guy said we wanna refund it because “change of mind” reason. WE NEVER SAID WE CHANGE OUR MIND, they didn’t even ask our reason why we want to refund this afternoon. The woman cashier said she believe her staff. What a word! How you proof that your staff saying the truth?!! We should record what he said when we purchased, so he couldn’t twist our words. The woman said next time we need to check online to measure the size (after i checked, this product isn’t on their online store) and even it’s not fit we only can exchange. We weren’t go to Daiso Myer Centre for this intended purpose. We usually go to Daiso Adelaide st.You better train your staff or find better staff that are don’t have twisting words habit. Now i know why this Daiso is not as busy as another Daiso stores.Anyway, nevermind, i will never go to Myer Center Daiso and will definitely tell my friends not to go to this Daiso!

A fairly comprehensive one-stop shop for day-to-day needs. Prices tend to be quite reasonable. Once you're used to the layout it's quick to find exactly what you need to maximise time savings.

Very rude Australian male cashier 9th June, 2023. Yuk yuk yuk. Walked out and left purchases. Owner should fire him. Looked at other reviews. Let's make sure we get the right employee. Not a female. Not A Japanese person. And yes I am white Australian female

This store is always clean, tidy and has a great selection of goods. The staff members are always friendly and the manager Nancy is absolutely amazing.

I wanted to pay in cash but they said they don’t take so many coins. Like what, it’s the first time hearing that. I can still pay with a lot of coins in garden city one.

This place is awesome, such a large selection of different life tools and lots of high quality kitchen items.I buy everything I can from here before going anywhere else now, there dishes and cups are awesome, there compact storage is reliable and super useful. The cutlery they sell is amazing I have heaps of fancy chopsticks from there which have lasted a good while and haven't been ruined by constant use and washing, the general kitchen tools are really good too it's ashame though that they seem to change and discontinue stuff quite frequently if it's not bought.Overall love this place honestly wish you guys could have even more stuff to choose from I love it all.

Always love Daiso! You know it’s got your back for cute hedgehog items and exquisite dried mango. Thanks to the lovely staff member working who went above and beyond with their customer service - we had a slay day! :)

I don't recommend anyone to shop in this store, because the staff of this store are completely irresponsible for their actions and words, we asked before buying if the vase was too small and could return it, the staff said yes! After we took it home, we found it was too small, so we returned it today. The clerk only allows exchanges, and a vase is only $3. Are you in a bad business? Only 3 dollar are not willing to refund the customer. The most ridiculous thing is that the clerk found the manager, and as soon as the manager came out, she said that I believe that my employee didn’t say that You can refund! I often go to Daiso to buy things in Australia, Japanese brands, Japanese services, and affordable prices, but I always go to the Daiso downstairs in the H&M store in the city. The staff are all very nice. The staff are responsible for what they say, and their smiles will also bring customers a good shopping mood. I suggest that you really don't go to this Daiso, go to another Daiso
