I thought I would have to throw my expensive boots away because I had let them wear down so badly. The heel was almost to the sole on the corners. Matt was very helpful when we had an issue with a car remote that was misbehaving. He made a warranty claim very easy and even helped me out with another remote that was not even purchased at his store!!Will definitely be back again.

Wonderful and friendly service. Went above and beyond to help with my key cutting issue from a different locksmith. Explained everything in detail. Can't recommend highly enough. Definitely will be going back for any key cutting needing to be done.

I went to the store to get a watch that was of sentimental value to my husband fixed (band needed a pin) no problem. I come back and its all put back together and fixed so I asked if he could put a battery in no problem there. 10 mins later I came back and he told me that the battery leaked no big deal with that. I look over and the watch was in pieces I asked why he did that for he told me it wasn't worth it. I left with a watch in pieces and 20 mins wasted. Worst customer service.
