We recently welcomed a newborn into our lives and it’s been chaotic. we forgot to take the bins out today and the boys from binboys went and got our bin down the side of our property to empty it!The service is unreal, professional and have never missed a collection day. Highly recommend!

Amazing service. My partner and I just moved into the Keysborough area in new townhomes. We live next to an ongoing construction site so it’s a little hard to spot our house (let alone our bins). Rick our weekly bin collecting agent has been going above and beyond to help us clear out our extra rubbish. Super energetic in the morning and helpful. We had a tonne of cardboard boxes due to all the new stuff we’ve been buying for our new home. Rick gave us a hand to carry all of this directly into the truck. Thank you!

I had a great experience with The Bin Boy. They cleaned out both our rolling 96 gallon City garbage bin and our County recycling bin on the same day, even though our trash and recycling collection is not on the same day. Their communication was great - they kept me informed of when they thought they would be at my house to clean our bins. Highly recommend.

What a great company he runs.I have dealt with Bin Boy for over 5 years and have found their services to be impeccable. Nothing is too hard and they go the extra mile to ensure the customer is happy. Bin Boy are great. The do the residential rubbish and recycling. They are always very neat and tidy. They tip the rubbish in by hand so you know it will always be emptied properly. I needed extra taken away (boxes and polystyrene) and they were happy for me to leave it out with the normal rubbish. 5 stars.
