I needed a plumber for awhile for my kitchen and bathroom leaking taps but keep putting them off. One day my mother booked a plumber on my behalf and meet Jake from Captivate Plumbing and fix the problems. Jake were prompt and courteous. Shown great knowledge, professionalism with his work, Focused and maintain great customer services. Highly recommended!

Sam came out on time. Was able to clear our toilet blockage in under an hour. He was able to show me everything on camera and was able to remove all roots that had caused the blockage.Great work.

In two visits from Jake from captivate plumbing has come out on short notice. The first visit he replaced same day as inspection my hot water system that died. Also inspected my sinks in the house as well being very thorougher. He suggested replacing taps and lines under both sinks due to rusting. Quotes were very fair for the work that needed to be carried out. Highly recommend Jake and Captivate plumbing as they were quick, ready to help and had attention to detail

simple honest review, cistern not filling on toilet, paid 89 dollars for a call out to be told it was 5-600 dollars to fix as they like to refurbish the system. Sorry but the unit in question sells for 112 dollars at bunnings brand new with warrenty etc.. paid my 89 dollars call out and moved on. best advice do some research before you hope a so called local Business" will do right by you. could not down rate more if it was possible"
