I have lived in rent for over 20 years and dealt with many real estate agents. Prestige Realty is by far the best. They are understanding, and are very prompt in dealing with repairs and quickly resolving issues. Everyone I have dealt with is very nice, but Tanya is particularly helpful and always wonderful to ready to help in any situation. I am very happy the owners of our unit have chosen them as our real estate agents!

unprofessional practicesfail to send water usage bills on timerequest inspections with unreasonable notice, unreasonable time frame of when they might show up (6hr window??)failed to show uprequesting to show the property to prospective tennants with less than 24 hours notice and over twice in a one week period.(edit to address the reply)this company failed to notify me of the water bills until they were a week overdue CONSISTENTLYthe lack of professionalism spans across not just inspection for showing of the propertybut the blatant disregard for your tenants was set when u required that i have the house available for a six hour window for your inspection of the property (not to show tenants) and then FAILED TO SHOW UP.

We were looking for rental property. As both of us working in the family hence was getting more difficult over time to inspect to find standard one that even match the photos from online list then apply & wait. Communication is very important especially when everything online now but majority real estate fails to communicate effectively even when we apply for lease, we don’t hear back until we make the call. Mia from Prestige Reality Group on the other hand, completely changed our view on this. She is thorough, polite, acts with integrity, well informed, response promptly. We understand personal in her position have lot going on and to look after many of us still she was always there through out the process. She made the whole process very easy for us with care and fast. We were stressed at a time but we also knew what we were looking for.
