Just a pain to deal with. They are a Service Agent for Schneider Electric, except they did not want to provide any service but just wanted to make a quick buck. When the job was not exactly what they expected they quickly shrugged it off and did not bother to communicate with the customer. I had to call them after not hearing anything for a week to find out what was going on and the guy named Scott simply refused to listen like it was just someone else's problem. Very poor business ethics and no customer courtesy whatsoever. Fortunately Schneider Electric truly valued their customers and sorted it out in the end, it was just a shame they partnered with this company.

Working with a bigger business enables them to attend to the many jobs that we deal with daily. Their experience is so vast, which is what you need when there are so many different problems to solve. They can do appliances and air con installations as well so it is a great one stop shop when there are multiple maintenance items. Their service and communication is great and we highly recommend them. Thanks guys!

Watch out Guys, make sure you check where wording on the quotes.Was quoted 3 days work and when it was finshed in 1.5 days they said to bad, pay the labour for the full 3 days.Did not care about customer service and was told to pay ASAP or we come after you/.

I don't even want to rate them! On the first visit some of the work was satisfactory, but on the re-work visits, I was left frustrated. It was not repaired to it's original working order and still isn't. The attitude of the electrician was not professional., and I certainly will not use this company again!! People just did not listen.
