My 10 year old daughter had a great time in their beginner class. She can't stop talking about it

I wasn't aware that such a facility existed. I am pleased to say that it does! My daughter and I were gifted flying trapeze experience vouchers, and we highly recommend it. The participants consisted of both young and old, and all had a great time. I wasnt the most elegant or skilled flyer on the day, but Dillon (who does a good Ron Burgundy voice and adds humour to the session) and the team make you feel ok about it. My daughter was a little reluctant, but they managed to talk her through for a time. She kept trying and they were very supportive. Thanks for a great experience. I would highly recommend a visit!

Awesome fun had by all, kids to adults! Steen and crew are amazing, cannot recommend the Fly Factory enough. Trapeze with these guys should be on everyone’s bucket list!

This is an awesome place to learn all things 'circus' - from static or aerial trapeze and tumbling, to other aerial acts like lyra (aerial hoop) to silks. Classes for young children (our seven-year-old son does it, and the girls in his class seem to be around the same age), teenagers and adults. Classes take place in a converted factory/warehouse around Blackburn Rd near Whitehorse Rd - parking can be difficult, as it's on a cul-de-sac with lots of commercial places, but you can always park and walk.The teachers are all friendly and encouraging, and the school holiday program is pretty full on. Our son did it but ran out of energy for the third and final day. Some of the instructors have various videos on YouTube, so good to check out what they do.They have various preformances and try to encourage students to show off their skills.The website is a little bit clunky, if I could say, as it was a bit outdated when we signed up.Otherwise, it's a great school for something different to traditional gymnastics, or even to compliment it.Check the cancellation policy - not sure you can get a refund if you cancel classes during the term (not sure you can do that at other gymnastics schools anyway).

Fly Factory is a great place for anyone looking to try trapeze. The instructors are experienced and make sure that all participants have a chance and do their turn. They are very friendly and patient, and they make sure to give clear instructions and help participants feel comfortable and safe. The only downside is that Fly Factory is a little pricey, but it is worth it for the experience and the fun.

Had soooo much fun at Fly Factory. We took our 10 and 12 year olds to learn trapeze and I joined in at the last minute. Great instructors gave us training and the history of trapeze. We did some stretches and and floor training and before you know it your swinging on a trapeze by your legs! The more advanced (ie fitter and stronger) were able to be caught by the other instructor. Felt very safe the whole time in a supportive and fun atmosphere. Thanks Fly Factory!

BUYER BEWARE: My first booking had to be rescheduled because they had somehow overbooked that day. I then had to reschedule my second booking and when I called up they said they didn't even have me booked in for that day anyway. Very poorly organised. I asked for a refund and will be booking with another company.
