The teachers are beautiful and my children loved them but the office has one lady that was rude to me and spoke to me like I am her child and that unfortunately is not good for people who love the teachers. Had to remove my children today because of an unproductive call I received from an arrogant individual. I would appreciate to have someone contact me and just get this resolved as I had to let my children enrolment removed because I couldn’t stand how I was spoken to

Poor customer service.Contacted for my daughter who has special needs.They obviously don't have right support for children with special needs for swimming lessons.Dont bother calling if your child has special needs.

After Amber left there was never a consistent teacher for the class . The replacement teachers were not interested in trying help the child.No staff member at the front desk after 5pm.Bussines not run very well.

I do not recommend!!! This place is run down, and very poorly operated!!The office staff are very inexperienced with absolutely no customer service skills, every visit was awkward and uncomfortable.There was never one consistent swimming instructor, each week it was someone different and the classes would always start 10minutes late and end on time even after bringing it to their attention nothing was done about it. I gave this place a good chance but it was extremely difficult for the children to learn and grow.

BeeSafe have been helpful and accomodating to deal with. Mel is a caring, approachable and experienced teacher. My son is going from strength to strength thanks to this centre.

This swim school has so many positives! My children light up every week when I mention what day it is. Amber and Brenda are amazing not just as teachers but all round.They go above and beyond and my kids idolise them. We all have the same goal and that’s keeping the kids safe, wouldn’t go anywhere else! If I could give it more stars I would.

Never had the same teachers . They would close the store and never notified me. Their customers service is disgusting .They don’t care if they lose customers or not . All they worry about was money not the kids . Their showers and the place was disgusting try to complain but no one cares did nothing about it .I will never go back there ever again.
