Absolutely Amazing service from Nicole !Due to covid, many suppliers were unable or refused shipping of items to Australia affecting all the pre orders placed with retailers. The moment she was notified of this Nicole picked up the phone and personally rang all her customers to make them aware and gave them their options.Communication during the whole process was awesome and would definitely recommend her and her business.Simply wonderful service, second to none..

Beautiful shop.Such a wide variety of decorations makes this Christmas shop difficult to pass by.And unlike the larger department stores the quality here is second to none.Finally this shop also has a grand selection of fake trees. Probably the best I've seen in Melbourne.

I have shopped here, in store several times in the last couple of years. It is my favourite place to shop for Christmas items. The store is jam packed with decorations of a high quality and to suit different styles and budgets. Their selection of items from Christmas trees, table decorations, ribbons, wreaths, garlands and room decorations is extensive with on trend colours and themes changing each year. As the owner goes on a buying trip each year you will find items here you will not see in other stores. Most importantly the staff are passionate, eager to help and answer any question you may have. I have to drive nearly an hour to this shop but do not hesitate to doSo as I know I will find what I want each time. Check out their in store and on line tutorials as well, they are a great inspiration when getting ready for Christmas.

I used My Christmas' online store for the first time this year. I placed an order a few weeks before Christmas for some family ornaments which has become a tradition. Unfortunately when the order arrived there was a minor complication and I had to contact My Christmas staff. The response was amazing. Very efficient and helpful. They provided a resolution which was made possible prior to Christmas with truly lovely customer service. Given their response to the situation I readily ordered more stock from their store in the sales after Christmas. I cannot recommend them enough and will definitely be purchasing my Christmas ornaments from them going forward. This was a truly lovely experience in the scheme of online shopping and deadlines towards Christmas. Thanks again My Christmas!

Received my tiered stand today. Delivered in no time at all. My purchase camewell packed and love the special touch with a thank you note and a lollipop. How did you know they are my favourite, Santa's elves are out and about.

Love the Christmas Baubles I ordered from My Christmas. Good size, colour same as picture and well presented in their own container. Baubles come in a mix of glitter, satin and shiny finish. Will look great on my Christmas tree. Been looking for something like this for a while. Quick shipping and well boxed. Notifications excellent - Highly Recommend!!

This is my and my wife Elaine's favourite Christmas experience. I say experience instead of store because it is more than just shopping. Nicole and her family have been online almost every evening with demos/chats on craft for Easter, Christmas and any time of the year these past weeks. Elaine appreciates this as she is isolating on her own away from family due to health problems at this time. It's a wonderful way to connect and bring happiness to others. Thank you Nicole.

I’ve been here twice in the last couple of weeks and have been disappointed both times. The shop which is a much smaller version of when it was down the road lacks any parking. Upon entering the shop I’ve been greeted both times with a lack lustre “Hi”. After wandering around for awhile nobody asked if i needed a hand etc etc was totally ignored. They do have some nice stuff but seriously if you need baubles which are in abundance go to Kmart for half the price. I wish them well, but I won’t be back
