Bodum Bistro electric water kettle, double wallwith temperature control: despite a hick-up in the delivery, the kettle arrived in reasonable time. It was well packaged and Kirsten was helpful in responding to my enquiries. Bodum does not answer their phone (in my experience), relying on customers to email only.

Poor (cheap) products and poor customer service.Despite enjoying some Bodum products for many years - their 'value range' is appalling and should be avoided. Disappointed that Bodum didn't provide options for shipping to replace the cheap product I ordered.Don't be fooled - Don't do what I did - just because the product wears the Bodum brand doesn't make it good.Update: Bodum did refund the shipping for the replacement item. Thank you! Why do you have the 'value range'? It is detrimental to your brand

I feel utmost dissatisfied and frustrated with the abysmal service I have received from Bodum. Recently, I made a purchase of a kettle from your company for $99, only to discover that the product is undeniably faulty on the first day. when I approached customer service for a refund, I was informed that such a resolution is not possible. There’s no reply to my further emails.I had been a loyal customer up till this point. But not going to make more purchases, nor would I recommend it to anyone.

I needed a new top for my travel mug and contacted Bodum. They don't sell this seperately but managed to find a spare one in the store room. A big thank you to Kristen for the service. I would recommend Bodum to anyone.

I have a Bodum Burr Coffee grinder and it is a fantastic grinder that works well with my espresso press . I recently lost a part from my grinder and Bodum replied swiftly and solved all my problems! Awesome service! Thank you Kirsten
