Been here a few times and has always been a great experience. Came in and got a chi latte and it was fantastic the staff member was friendly and welcoming!Will definitely be back again

Usually don’t go here, however was really happy I did! My grandmother (who is getting into her later years) was struggling with ordering and general mobility. Instead of being annoyed hope was extremely accomodating in explaining everything and making great general conversation with her. She said it made her week being able to have a nice conversation with someone. Will be back in a heartbeat. Thanks hope for your great service!

I didn't appreciate the remark made by the woman behind the counter, insinuating I was a scammer because I asked for sauce after my initial transaction and was given it for free - I asked if there was a minimum on EFTPOS because I didn't have cash and wanted to pay (and offered to race to the car to give her change) to which she replied something along the lines of; I'd done that before to get free stuff and not to worry about it, as a joke I'm sure, but I left feeling insulted. Went back to the car to drop off the pastries and came back to give them 60c. Far be it from me to let their inventory faulter by 2x 14g packets of squeezy sauce and tills be out 60 cents.2 stars because the pastries were still good.

Great food. Friendly service. All part of the recipe for a very good cafe/restaurant. The pastries and pies are excellent and tasty with a great range to pick from. Their cake selection is vast and will just about satisfy anyone's sweet tooth. Their order made cakes are always great quality and delicious as expected.

Worst experience of Customer Service I've EVER experienced. Was made to feel like a hindrance because I used a gift card, which was thrown in bin even though there was Credit left on it. Will Never go to any of there stores again.

Beautiful cappuccino strawberry tart, the barista is very pleasant and welcoming absolutely a beautiful place to be. Prices are ok.

They charge $5.10 For a custard tart, all other ferguson plarre bakehouses charge $4.90 The woman in charge is very rude to many customers, she has no idea how to make a milkshake. after watching her add a cup of milk to my already blended milkshake I asked if she could mix it up again, she replied : WE MAKE THOUSANDS OF MILKSHAKES THATS HOW WE DO IT. I said adding milk without blending it spoils it. she said: fine next time we wo'nt top it up and you will get it what ever level it is.... Ive a good mind to return the custard tarts they are cracked in the middle and seem to be days old I definately wont be going back there.I dont need her agro or her stale custard tarts.she needs to learn how to make milkshakes.the only reason Ive given them a star is cause you cant post a reveiw unless you give them at least 1 star. trust me they dont even deserve 1 star

Will never shop here again!!! The guy was so rude. I asked if it was too late to order a cake and he said depends on which cake and got me to look through their cake book. All the ones I liked he said they couldn't do it. I was fine with that and he showed me which ones i could get. I didn't like any of these cakes because they were too baby for a 5 year old. He was too busy doing other stuff than sit with me so i went up to him and said that i will make the cake myself because i had to go. His reply to me was oh good luck with that" and walked away from me. I used to buy our pies from him but not anymore. I have never come across someone as rude as him. I am pretty sure he is the owner. Update

Woman in charge (Not in a uniform but working behind the counter, I'm assuming the owner or manager) was making snarky comments. All I wanted was an iced coffee that was over ice and not ice cream.Totally understand they couldn't do it because they had no ice (Even though every cafe I've ever been to has ice), but keep your attitude to yourself, thanks.
