Worst job on my nails I went today and asked for a gel with arcrylic overlay they didn’t understand me so the technician just did what she wanted to and did a lazy job at that. My nails are not evenly filed and it’s missing nail polishes on the long edge. Just overall lazy and I’m not happy with the quality of work. They don’t understand English . I felt like all they did was make fun of me in their language . The girl next to me was questioned when she picked her color “really?” And had multiple people go and look at them . Won’t return.

The worst manicure I have had.I went here to get my nails painted before my hens party. The service was horrendous and it was utter chaos. Staff were yelling at each other from across the room and the stations were extremely unsanitary.They asked for payment before the job was even started which seemed strange.We got our nails painted, there was no cuticle care, no shaping of the nails or any sort of manicure. They literally just painted our nails. We sat with a fan for the nails to dry for about an hour. We were told they were dry and could go. The paint job was terrible. We put our shoes on only to see the nails were not dry as they had all been damaged. We were told this was our fault despite being told the nails were dry by a staff member. I asked for a refund only to be yelled at. I ended up leaving as it was obvious I was not going to get a refund. Do not waste your money or time here

Today was my second time trying Camilla's. I was not very impressed with my first time. The filing was dodgy at best with dips in the acrylic, I had been hoping to get a pedicure but the wait was horrendous. When I told the woman I wanted to cancel the pedicure she became incredibly pushy. I decided to try them again today for infills and a pedicure. I thought maybe it had been an off day the first time. To begin the pedicure was horrendous and there was nothing Delux about it. My toenails were cut and filed wonky and no cuticle care was taken. The woman performing the pedicure was incredibly rude and aggressive in yelling me where to put my feet etc. Next came the infills. I had 3 different staff over the course of them. I was in massive amounts of pain as they were grinding which I have never experienced before. Ultimately the last woman working on my hands created a beautiful shape that I was happy with.I'll end by saying this. Nails are expensive and this shop isn't exactly a cheaper option. The quality and care taken is non existent and I was not the only one to make complaints that day. Please be cautious.

Worst salon ever!Got my nails done here and it was very disappointing. They leave a gap between the nails and all in a different shape. Asked them to fixed them but they said I should have to pay more. Without mention the service, they’re all rushing you and talking in a rude way.

Nails done very well with good quality products. I used to get sns done in Sydney would lift after the second day here it lasts 2 weeks at least.

Don’t waste your time or money. Horrible service, no care for your nails or making it a semi enjoyable experience. The staff roll their eyes at you when you ask for a shape or nails a bit shorter. They also yell at eachother from across the room, they are trying to turn over as many customer as possible. I will not be returning and would not recommend.
