Spoke to Paul, he recommended replacing the machine due to the machines age and cost/value proposition. I was very impressed with his honesty and has won my future business.

I rang Paul to book a repair for our washer. He guided me over the phone on how to fix the washing machine and gave me helpful tips going forward on ways to keep the machine running efficiently. I then asked him about our dishwasher that hasn't been working and he guided me on how to fix the dishwasher also. Now both appliances are working well thanks to Paul and Adelaide Washing Machine Repairs. I read his other reviews and it looks as though he has helped many other customers also with free phone advice. He could've easily charged a call out and made money off of me but instead spent 10 mins on the phone helping me and didn't ask for anything for his time on the phone with me. What an incredibly kind person and very skilled repairman!!! Thank you VERY much Paul for your generosity of your time and for your knowledge. I will definitely call you for future needs.

Had an issue with a broken latch for our washing machine door - I called many other places as well for a fix ASAP and no one else could help us, and if they could, the wait time was weeks. Paul was great, fixed it well within our desired time frame and charged a very reasonable amount. Would absolutely recommend, especially if you’re in a pinch! Paul was great, able to diagnose the problem over the phone, gave a quote, was absolutely spot on, therefore came prepared with the part needed. Came when he said he would, communicated very well.
