Very good office location, right next to the Royal Botanical Gardens, 5 minutes walk to Martin Place Subway station, 5 minutes walk to Sydney Harbour.

I worked here for almost 5 years, concierge is always helpful and friendly, foyer has several TV screens that broadcast sports, interesting art on display (changes every now and then). Cafe in the foyer is always busy and a good place for a quick catch up with colleagues.

Really nice building, love the moving sculpture that hangs in the main foyer.The handsome barista at the cafe there makes really good coffees and is always down for good banter :)

A business centre with a large room upon entrance with modern high speed lifts. There is a cafe also. Accessible with Martin Place Station nearby and Circular Quay. The Gateway is also nearby for food.

Stunning views of the ocean and botanical Gardens from top floors. Has showers and bike storage. I just wish the cafe downstairs had more options but it's very basic

End of trip facilities are poor. No permanent lockers. Lockers are too small to store suits and shirts for an extended period.
