You can tell the staff really care about animals. They are treated very well and given large enclosures and their own blankets. Adopted our cat from there and couldn't be happier.

Don't adopt here, I adopted a cat for our toddler and asked for one that was good for her. Not playful, likes cuddles and is friendly is what we got told. Got told this one will be good and it turns out it is a horrible cat. They don't know about their cats personality at all, better off going to a breeder then here. DO NOT ADOPT HERE FOR CATS!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME

Happy to take Badger home after settling at the centre for 9 months. Lovely staff help you pick the perfect pet! If not the perfect pet then they happily help you in returning the lovely but not quite suited pet.

My partner and I adopted a 5 month old Kitten from Animal Aid at Fulham. The staff where so helpful and it's so clear they really care about the animals and their well being. We couldn't live without our little munchkin and we are so thankful to the staff at Animal Aid!

Thank you for my dog PommeraineNow called Minnie . She has settled in well . We both love her . She sleeps on my bed at night goes for 7 hours before getting up . Sleeps with hubby for an hour and and half in afternoon. Very well trained. We are very lucky . Thank you for your help and kindness , you all do a great job.Also loves its walks.warmly Bill & Maura.
