Easy to use online service. I love being able to put in my mobile phone details and seeing what credit I can get! fast and efficient response with the instructions and documents required to get the phone sent to Mazuma. The post it and wait for phone assessment and credit to bank account!

This is the first time I have sold an older mobile phone and I found this company to be excellent to deal with. They were great with me calling them and same with their email communication. Once they received my phone the money was paid into my account promptly, so a big thumbs for Mazuma Mobile.

They quoted me for two phones a good price and when they received it they said they said the phone was scratched and only gave $70 less! That's how they get you.. Don't bother, sell it eles where

Recently sold my iPhone 11, I must say initially I had few doubts as I never sold anything to third-party except trade-in with Optus or Samsung directly but I must say this is very easy and quick service and better than trade-in with service provider. They deposited the credit right after receiving and checking the condition of mobile.If you are honestly providing all the details correctly then you will get what they have quoted online.

Complete rip off. They promise you a price when you send it in....then claim it is used and dirty and lower the offer. Dodgy as.

From start to finish everything went smoothly. Correspondence was excellent. The only issue and this was no way their fault was Australia Post's slow delivery. Apart from that I highly recommend Mazuma Mobile.

Excellent service department when we had queries. Emily is lovely and very helpful. Our phone delivery was slow due to Aust post but mazuma was understanding about this.Great that Mazuma paid us by bank transfer. Unlike poor experience with another phone company who paid us by paypal and a fee was deducted from our final payment.Definitely choose Mazuma next time we want to sell our phones. They seem both decent and honest.

I've sold multiple phones to Mazuma Mobile and my experience has always been a 10/10. The prices are really reasonable and payment processing extremely quick. Much easier than dealing with the hassle of market place or online selling.
