Not impressed to be honest with the customer experience. Was told by the movers on the day that my bed would not be reassembled. Surely that is part of a basic removalist service? Should be made very clear front and centre in the quote

Had such a good experience with the two guys who came to collect our stuff. I think their names were Jesse and Keegan, they were so thorough and careful but they were also so friendly and very funny. Couldn't recommend a nicer pair of gentleman to come into your home and make a stressful experience feel smooth and light hearted.When all of our stuff arrived interstate everything was in great condition, except for one minor rub mark on a table but that's no one's fault (things shift in transport). I would definitely recommend and I would definitely use again.

We’ve moved twice with Whybirds now and would definitely use them again. They are responsive with quotes, effective with their communication throughout, and efficient during the actual removal. The pricing is competitive and the team are super friendly.

Would highly recommend Whybirds Darwin.Evelyn & Richard in Darwin - excellent help and support to organise car & belongings to Perth/Mandurah.Delivery of belongings from Perth depot to Mandurah address was by 2 great blokes (Keys Removals) (sorry cant remember their names)

Friendly enough team however didn’t conduct themselves overly professionally. On day of delivery, there was no sense of urgency, team took too many breaks, didn’t reconstruct any of my beds properly and didn’t attach my washing machine hose properly so water went everywhere when I went to use it. Half the team left midway during unpack to attend to another tasking leaving only two guys to finish unloading and set up beds. It got quite late so I had to ask them to rush in the end as I still had to finish cleaning my other house. Just pretty poor quality overall.
