They are nice guys, but in our case they were late and then they brought the wrong windscreen. So we were meant to be able to drive our car at 1030 hours, but it was not until 1230 hours that the car was ready to drive, 2 late. A good job, but disorganised.

Quotes $610 by O'Brien Glass to replace front left window on a Nissan D40. Mark from Novus got it done promptly for less than half that price. Highly recommend this businessUpdate. Used this business again in October 2019. Again, they went above and beyond to provide a wonderful service. Took my roommates car which had a massive chip on the windscreen. With a lot of skill, they fixed it. I'm sure most other businesses would have tried to sell me a new windscreen but these guys for it done for one third of the price. Fantastic business.

Booked car to have chip fixed at 4pm, got home at 3.30pm and they were waiting. I showed them the chip and the guy says oh thought we were replacing the windscreen and I don't have repair kit on me. We agreed to meet at the workshop at 11.30am Saturday. I got there to find the shop shut. I phoned them to be told the guy must be held up and was given his phone number. He finally turned up at 12pm like I have nothing better to do with barely an apology. I should have just left but I wanted it to be done. Won't make the same mistake again. It seems all the good reviews were in 2014

My windscreen broke on the way to Townsville, on Friday, every others mechanics were fully booked until Monday. That guys had time at the end of the afternoon, it takes only 1h, and we were free to goBackpackers, you can go there, cheap prices, fast and nice guys ✌

Needed a stone chip repaired on our recent North Qld road trip. Was only in Townsville for a few hours and initially informed that it couldn’t be done until the following day. Once I explained our situation they fit me in very quickly and did a great job on the repair. Highly recommend them for fast, efficient customer service.
