Nina Gravelis called me for a job interview without even sending me the job description and humiliated me once I reached the office. She was extremely rude and judgmental and treated me with disrespect. I traveled for 2 hrs for this interview and walked out crying.

concierge at our apt building is sourced from Stedmans, and a complaint about one of the incompetent staff (Abir) was never acknowledged. If I had the choice, I would consider other companies for concierge needs. Luckily, he's a temporary replacement during holidays and I'm also planning on moving out in the near future.
