Unfortunately had a terrible experience when I had a faulty item which were $100 pants “ By Zah” the stitching at the bottom area came undone.I emailed Jean jail the issue and they sent the email to the owner, mocking my situation, they obviously hadn’t realise I was still included into this email and could read what was said.When I went in there they said this is what the pants do. No pants of mine have ever done this, very odd and cheap looking if so, I’d be embarrassed to wear them. and refused a credit or refund. I won’t be shopping here again.

Very disappointed in the outcome. I purchased 3 tops and with only wearing them once and they have holes in them. Emailed jean jail team to advise its happened to 3 tops from their company and refuse to refund or resend me new tops blaming it was a zipper. 1 of the tops had a hole from the top of the t-shirt, how can a zipper be caught up there? And to find they are the same type of holes as well in the other tops. Even though it is at the bottom of the tops. They also tried to justify by sending a link what a zipper could do which I find quite offensive and down grading. To never have these types of holes in my clothes before they didn't want to help out. It goes to show they're all about their money and not have their customers satisfied with their purchase.

If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased some pants back in April for $70. I was contacted by Jean Jail to advise they had an issue with their sizing ( I purchased a size 12 and it looked to be a size 6 in childrens clothing )they said I would need to return the item for them to issue a store credit. They sent me a postage return form and I returned to Australia post. However Australia Post has not delivered the item back to them. So because there was an issue with Australia post I’m just stuck paying for a $70 item and will receive no refund…. Even though it was their stuff up to begin with… not mine, not a change of mind. I pay for my order. They contacted me about their mistake… poor customer service. Won’t purchase from there again.

I never leave negative reviews however; I am highly disappointed in the help and also the products. I ordered a dress in my size and it looked like my little sisters very small and not an 8. I returned it for a store credit to buy another dress which was a lot different in colour than on the website and also to big. This was the same size as my first purchase. when asked to return it I was told it had to be within 30 days and no further help or assistance was given. I ordered a dress in a size 8 that is slightly to big, it also had the wrong described button on the product that was already coming off when I recieved it. I won't be ordering from here again with a bad experience. Upsetting on my behalf.

Unfortunately my experience with Jean Jail has sadly been extremely disappointing.My item looked nothing like the image, quality was terrible , but the worst part is they don’t offer discount and you have to pay for the return of the itemWorse than that they make you sit on chat for almost an hour just to argue and offer zero help. After having you wait on hold on the phone and then hang up on the call after not responding to any emails! Worst experience !!! I’m now stuck with a credit note I don’t want as their product is worse quality than Supre. See photo of what was advertised versus what I received ! Which is ok - these things happen. What was appalling was the after sales service and the way I was treated. Please buy with caution

Great clothes in such good quality and amazing customer service. In NSW and had to return an item for another size and it was such a smooth process, got back to me straight away & all sorted. Wish I was closer to have a coffee!

I ordered a dress which turned out to be way too big on me. It was also pretty cheap looking. I wanted a refund but I was told I could only get a store credit. Not sure how this is even legal. Anyway, I bought another dress in a smaller size. This one fits me, but it is see through if you hold it up to the light and being a black dress, I wasn’t expecting this. They really do just look like Kmart quality clothing , with a $80 price tag. I really would avoid spending your hard earned money through this website, you will most likely be disappointed.

I purchased two dresses, one is beautiful however the quality is terrible for the high price tag. Tried it on and the single button fell off, luckily was able to be sewed back on. The second dress was supposed to come with a fabric belt and it was missing. I emailed and they told me to send it back and they'd replace it but I'd have to pay shipping, why am I paying for their mistake? I thought they'd just be able to send the belt on its own as it's not attached
