Very impressed with the back, neck and shoulder massage with cupping. The massage was amazing, spot on. However, I really didn't like the guy giving me a massage got up twice to answer the phone and help another customer.

Ok the Good: the massage was ok, I mean it's a massage in a mall so it's never going to be great, right!The Bad: a) the attention to cleanliness and hygiene during this covid pandemic was, woeful! Sheets, towels and face gauze does not get replaced per client.b) it's a shopping mall so it's Really Really noisyc) if the phone rings or a new person makes a general enquiry or booking your 'therapist' will stop, walk out o you and deal with the enquiry, for as Long as it Takes - I had 3 interruptions. And NO the session was Not extendedAs I said massage was good, but due to above mentioned issues - it gets only 2 stars

I had a massage here by the older lady who works there; sadly it is the worst massage I have ever had. It felt like the massage never really started because she did not have a clue what she was doing. I left with no pain relief whatsoever and my hair covered in oil. Very disappointed and a huge waste of money.
